Independent label: Advent Records was founded by Dave Sax and Frank Scott in 1966. Later owned by Dave Sax and John Holt. Active until 1970. Frank Scott went on to found US Advent label in 1972. four discs were released, the last one (LP2804 by John Lee Hooker) was soon taken over by Red Lightnin'. It managed one single. It issued singles in an EP LP-2800 numerical series. Distributed By Advent Records.
