Exquisite Form Records was a DIY
label. It managed one single. (1) Dave Dee, etc 'Zabadak!' (2) Herd
'I Don't Want Our Loving To Die' (3) Scott Walker 'Come Next Spring'
(4) Dusty Springfield ' My Colouring Book'. It issued singles in an P-100
numerical series. Released by Exquisite Form, available for free when you
purchased the bra. Known covers to exist with different bra sizes printed in the
top right corner include 34A Pink, 36B White and 38B White. There are
undoubtedly others. Pressings can be found with large center hole or, less so
with a 3 prong push out center The release was not a promotional record, rather
a limited edition offering until stocks ran out. Produced By Philips.
