HR Records was a DIY label. It managed one single. It issued singles in an HR-4500 numerical series. The record has 'Made in France' in the run-off, and the prohibitions around the circumference of the label are in French, so I suppose this may be better classified as French. There again, the credits and the side indicators are in English, and I struggle to imagine why a record by the Midlands Crusade Choir would have been issued in France. Perhaps it was pressed there and sold here. There's no date on the record, but I'd guess it's from the early '60s. A large choir provides five stirring devotional songs, aided and abetted by a pianist and an organist. Distributed By HR Records.
