Showtime Records was a British label for releases by the Rank cinema company. Showtime was the name of their in-house magazine. The Showtimers 4 Big Hits + 2 New Ones (Rare 1964 UK self produced 6-track 7" vinyl EP including their single Dont Say Goodbye complete with promotional wraparound picture & biography sleeve. Issued primarily to promote the band. There were two 45s issued each with 4 cover numbers and two originals and released and sold through the 300 Rank Cinemas. The Showtimers was a group from SE London, originally called the Leons and renamed to promote the Showtime magazine which Rank distributed through its cinemas. Two of the original numbers 'You must be joking' - A side and 'Don't say goodbye' B side were released on HMV in 1964.
